GBC construction real estate has set out to follow the footsteps of its parent company. It has come into being a purpose of fulfill the local quality housing and service needs by developing residential communities and constructing luxurious apartments in Addis Ababa. It has finalized and started the construction activity its first phase project , three designs options, in prime location with fully fledged community infrastructure and facilities.
