Cory Riedel :: Construction Manager
The nuts and bolts don’t fall far from the tree for Cory. As a fifth generation carpenter, Cory has wielded a hammer for most of his life. Before joining G+B Construction, Cory worked with well-respected northwest commercial contracting firms for 17 years. Cory brings exceptional leadership planning, estimating and seeing a project through pre-construction and construction phases. On off-hours, Cory coaches youth sports and explores the outdoors with his three kids.
Pat Robison :: Senior Superintendent
Since entering the construction industry in 1967, Pat Robison has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience. From building custom homes to managing $40 million dollar commercial projects, he has developed long lasting relationships with clients, architects and subcontractors. Pat takes pride in having mentored countless construction superintendents throughout the years and fittingly, feels his greatest strengths to be team-building, communication and organization. GBC is excited to have Pat help with their development of superintendents, project execution and assistance with refining company processes. When Pat is not working he enjoys his weekly poker games with friends and loves spending time with his wife Barb, their three daughters and five grandsons.
Kirk Mason :: Project Superintendent
Not one minute out of Kirk’s 40 years of construction experience goes untapped. Kirk’s deep knowledge of construction fuels his insatiable passion for the industry. As a team leader, invaluable. As a client confidant, indispensable. With Kirk in control, projects stay on-schedule and in-budget. After work, Kirk fixes up classic hot rods and spends time with his wife Krissy and their grandchildren.
Colin Hallberg :: Project Engineer
With over 10 years of working on grand-scale civil and industrial projects to single-family and multi-family residences, Colin brings a wide spectrum of knowledge to the G+B team. Colin joined G+B in 2014 after working as a project manager for a real estate development firm in Plano, Texas. In his spare time, Colin enjoys the outdoors with his wife Lindsay and their two sons.
Justin Bone :: Superintendent
Justin grew up in Pennsylvania. He moved to Oregon in ’96 and served in the Marine Corps for 6-1/2 years. While holding many different positions in the military, like Heavy Machine Gunner and Marksmanship Coach, he also had the opportunity to live in a lot of different places including Thailand, The Philippines, Kuwait and Iraq. After retiring from the military, Justin worked in construction for 7-1/2 years. Today, he lives in Damascus with his wife and two sons.
Brad Emerson :: Superintendent
Growing up on a ranch in Irrigon, Eastern Oregon, Brad was introduced to slinging hammers early. He was also introduced to bull riding and was a professional bull rider for 7 years. After traveling all over the country, numerous injuries, and placing 17th in the nation, he proceeded to working in construction. For a few years, Brad even had his own construction company and specialized in residential remodels and commercial TI build-outs. Brad enjoys the challenge that comes with building and his competitive nature brought him to playing sports. He currently coaches kids’ football, baseball and basketball in Estacada, Oregon, where he lives with his wife Terra and their four kids.
Gary Dell :: Estimator
Gary was born in Portland and currently lives in Sandy, Oregon. He likes being close to the mountain and golf courses where he spends a lot of his free time. With 30 years of experience under his belt, Gary entered construction working for an excavation company, progressed to home building, and eventually started his own business. In between jobs, Gary also worked grave yard shifts as a Police Officer for 6 years. In addition to golfing, Gary enjoys hiking, fishing and spending time with his wife and two kids. Laid back and humble, Gary is not the kind of guy who will brag about his accomplishments. But he is the kind of guy who will finish the job on time and do it well.
Scott Rascoe :: Project Superintendent
Scott began his construction career underwater as a Diving Operations Supervisor & underwater welder and salvage diver. Talk about a master multitasker! These days, he spends most of his time above water. Originally from the Boston area, Scott has really taken to the Northwest climate. When he isn’t overseeing large construction projects for GBC, he can be found snowboarding, hiking or relaxing by the riverside. He is regularly complimented on his killer work ethic and his leadership skills but at the end of the day, Scott is most passionate about being a dad.
Delores Conrad :: Project Administrator
Dee was born & raised here in the Pacific Northwest. She has spent 23 years of her career in the construction industry and set tile for nearly 10 years. She is a lover of all animals and protecting the environment but she is most passionate about her family and her faith. When Dee isn’t keeping the office in line at GBC, she can be found spending time with her friends & family.
Jean Larson :: Accounts Manager
Jean Larson is an Oregon native and has been in the construction industry since 1978. Her patience and eagerness to learn have brought new strengths and insight to GBC. She has been happily married to her husband Dan for 39 years. Together, they have 3 daughters and 5 grandchildren. When Jean isn’t masterfully managing our accounts, she can be found sewing Halloween costumes for her grandkids or watching her pet goats herd chickens. She is a true country girl at heart!
Briana Nash :: Project Administrator
Growing up fishing in John Day, Oregon Briana learned good things come to those who wait. Nine years ago she found her sweetheart and moved to Estacada where they live with their two children. Briana is a big supporter of her children and an active volunteer on the Youth Football board. In her spare time, she also enjoys gardening, taking pictures and baking cakes. Briana previously held positions as a dental assistant and medical office manager. You will love her contagious smile and her acute attention to detail.
